This cake is so rich and decadent, you can serve it to anyone and we guarantee they'll be asking for more (wheat-eaters included!) Top with fresh whipped cream and fruit for an especially superb treat. Get more for your money! Makes two 9" cakes for about the same price as competitors single layer mixes.

Vegan Friendly — can be made with egg replacers. Some egg replacers may require experimentation.

Directions:

1. Prep: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray or grease pans (or paper liners for cupcakes).

2. Mix: Combine 3 eggs, 2/3 cup oil, and 2 cups water. Add to cake mix and blend.

3. Bake: Bake for approximately 26-33 minutes in two 9 inch round pans.

Ingredients: Cane sugar, sweet brown rice flour, tapioca starch, cocoa (processed with alkali), arrowroot powder, rice syrup solids (rice syrup solids, rice protein, tocopherols), citrus fiber, baking soda, salt, and cream of tartar.
