Each of these luxury free-from chocolate bars is made using high-quality, ethically sourced, ingredients including the finest, single-origin organic cocoa from plantations in the Dominican Republic. They then combine this with raw, unrefined, organic cane sugar, and organic rice powder to produce an award winning, velvety smooth, milk chocolate flavor that just melts in the mouth. Unlike conventional milk chocolate, Moo Free uses more cocoa, which means these bars have a massive 45% cocoa and lower sugar content. Being made from Dominican Republic cocoa these bars have a lovely fruity note.

Because of the strict, allergen-controlled manufacturing processes in the Moo Free factories, they can be sure that each of these chocolate bars is also dairy-free, gluten-free, and soya-free. Finally, as with all Moo Free chocolates, these bars are certified 100% vegan.
